Spalding County Magistrate Court Preliminary Hearing Calendar

Spalding County Magistrate Court will hold virtual preliminary hearings Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Printing, executing, negotiating checks, etc. knowing information is in error or fictitious (F), fourth degree forgery (M), Violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act-methamphetamine possession (F), VGCSA-marijuana possession more than 1 ounce (F), and giving false name/date of birth.
