Mr. Ragland was born in Warrior, Ala., the son of the late Joe Alfred Ragland and the late Willie Rock Ragland. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. His wife, Coy Ragland, preceded him in death.
Survivors include cousins, Thomas and Doris Brakefield, of Griffin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
