Board of Commissioners member Dave Phillips moved to approve the budget; Board of Commissioners member Bob Gilreath seconded.
The commissioners voted 3-1 to pass the budget, with Board of Commissioners member Eddie Freeman dissenting and Board of Commissioners Vice Chairwoman Gwen Flowers-Taylor absent.
