To the editor: Partners-in-Education are invaluable to educators during these times of financial strain. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank one of Orrs Elementary School’s partners, Creative Costumes, owned and operated by Melanie Parry. As the music teacher, I am in need of costumes several times during the school year. Because of the donations of Ms. Parry, our programs are greatly enhanced. Thank you to Creative Costumes and all Partners-in-Education. We appreciate you.
