Four people were injured in a two-vehicle wreck involving a tractor-trailer and a Dodge Caravan Thursday at the intersection of High Falls and North McDonough roads.

Three people were flown out — one by Air Rescue to Atlanta Medical Center, one by Emory Flight and one by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
