A free youth fishing rodeo, sponsored by the SCPRD, will be held June 28 at Wyomia Tyus Park from 8:30-11:30 a.m., for ages 5-12. Bring child’s own fishing pole, bait and fish bucket or stringer. Limit of one pole in the water per child. The event will not be a contest. Child must be accompanied by a parent. To register, stop by City Park or the Fairmont Park Center from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Pre-register because space is limited. For more, call the SCPRD (770) 467-4750.
