Mrs. Ruby Taylor, age 62, of 1333 Pleasant Ave., died Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2008, at The Church of Griffin with Pastor H. Bernard Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Viewing for Mrs. Taylor will be from noon until the service hour. The cortege will assemble at 12:15 p.m. at the residence. McDowell’s Funeral Home, 305 N. Hill St., is in charge of the arrangements. 770-228-2070.
