Quindarius Mayes scored a touchdown and Otavius Williams kicked an extra point as the Spalding County Raiders edged the Spalding County Bulldogs 8-6 Saturday in SCPRD Junior Division football.

Jabril Reid scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter to lead the Bulldogs in a game where the Raiders broke a scoreless tie in the second quarter.

SATURDAY

Junior Division

(11-12 year olds)

n Spalding County Vikings 31, Pike County Pirates 13: Devontae Fletcher and Demetrice Tarpley scored two touchdowns each and Thomas Ellis added another TD run to lead the Vikings. Ladadrius Pitts scored an extra point to further the Vikings’ cause.

Kenderius Pennamon and Toby Fuentes each scored a touchdown to lead the Pirates. Corey Moss scored an extra point to further the Pirates’ cause.

Pee Wee Division

(9-10 year olds)

n Spalding County Steelers 8, Spalding County Chargers 0: Cornelius Randolph scored a touchdown and Anforne Stroud kicked an extra point to lead the Steelers in a game where the only score in the fourth quarter.

n Jasper County Hurricanes 24, Spalding County Broncos 0: Lane Thomas, Quincy Standifer, Mandrez Jacobs and Quinton Standifer each scored a touchdown to lead the ’Canes.

n Spalding County Saints 24, Spalding County Giants 0: Emair Bruice scored two touchdowns and David O’Neal added another on a day where Adrian Zish kicked three field goals to lead the Saints past the Giants.

Mite Division

(7-8 year olds)

n Spalding County Packers 20, jasper County Hurricanes 6: Rudolphus Willis, Corderius Hastings and Keiston Dickerson each scored a touchdowns on a day where Lamont Calloway and Jaadyn Parks scored an extra point each to lead the Packers past the Hurricanes.

Cameron Adams posted the Hurricanes’ lone score.

n Spalding County Falcons 20, Spalding County Red Raiders 0: Davis Daniel, Taivion Pitts and Nautica Watson each scored a touchdown to lead the Falcons on a day where a host of Falcons also recorded a safety.

n Spalding County Dolphins 19, Spalding County Seahawks 0: Edricus Alford, Christopher MacWell and Askia Moses each scored a touchdowns and MacWell added an extra point to lead the Dolphins.

Mighty Mite Division

(5-6 year olds)

n Spalding County Yellow Jackets 6, Spalding County Volunteers 0: Rashad Willis scored to lead the Jackets.
