Spalding County Parks and Recreation will conduct youth football sign-ups on Saturday, July 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City Park Gym and will continue at the same time and place on the following Saturdays: Aug. 1 and Aug. 8, which will be the final day for sign-ups. A birth certificate must be presented at registration. The birth date control date is prior to Sept. 1 of the current year. All youth registering for football must come with a parent or guardian.

Registration fee is $65 for ages 7-12 and $45 for Flag Football, ages 5-6. Football equipment will be given out on the registration day. Here are the age groups: 5-6 (Flag League); 7-8 (Mite); 9-10 (Pee Wee) and 11-12 (Junior). For more, contact Angie Stokes (770) 467-4750.

FALL BASEBALL LEAGUE SIGN-UPS: Registration to play Spalding County Little League Fall Ball is from 6-8 p.m., on Fridays in July (24 and 31) at Ambucs Park and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m, on Saturdays through Aug. 15.
