Mrs. Carol K. Howard

Mrs. Carol Kent Howard, 63, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Mrs. Howard was born in Hampton, Georgia on October 22, 1949. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ezra Washington Kent and Betty Ruth Reagan Kent, father of her children, Benjamin Thomas Coussons. She attended the Emmanuel Congregational Holiness Church.

Survivors include husband, E. David Howard; sons, William Derrick Coussons and his wife, Pam of Milner, Jason Michael Coussons and his wife Stacey of Griffin; daughter, Misty Coussons Mauldin and her husband, Andrew of Griffin; grandchildren, Ashli, John Paul, Kacie, Mackenzie, Gabriel and Eli; sisters, Doris Kent barge of McDonough, Darlene White Smith of Fla; several nieces and nephews

Visitation for Mrs. Carol Howard will be on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 2:00 pm at West Sunny Side Community Church. Reverend Hugh Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
