Mrs. Martha Deane Jett, age 85 passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Westbury Medical care Home, Jackson, GA.

Mrs. Jett was born in Henry County, Georgia on September 30, 1927 to the late Homer J. Brooks and Cornelia Barnes Brooks. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Jett, Sr., brothers and sisters, John Henry Brooks, Milton Brooks, Thelma Staples, Retha Stanfield and Jack Brooks.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Lisa Jett; daughter, Barbara Deane Jett; grandchildren, Katie Jett and Connor Jett; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Martha Jett will be on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, following the visitation a funeral service will be conducted in the chapel. Reverend Riley Finley will officiate. Interment will follow on Sunday at 2pm at the Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery, Johns Creek.

Mrs. Wanda F. Fulwider

Mrs. Wanda F. Fulwider, age 89 of Griffin, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Benton House in Stockbridge, GA.

Mrs. Fulwider was born in Webster County, West Virginia on August 25, 1923. She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick Burne Frame and Manza Jenkins Frame; husband, Mark E. Fulwider. Mrs. Fulwider retired from Rich’s in 1985.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Ralph and Linda Fulwider, Mark D. Fulwider, Robert E. Fulwider, Karla and Kelly Baker; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Wanda F. Fulwider will be on Sunday March 3, 2013 from 1:30pm until 3:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, funeral services will be conducted at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.

Judy Todd Oldham

Judy Todd Oldham, 56, of Fayetteville, passed away March 1, 2013. She was retired from the Fayette County Board of Education with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Auburn University and a Masters Degree in Media from Georgia State University. Judy was also a member of Lisbon Baptist Church, Fayetteville.

She is survived by her husband, Steve; son, Brooks of Statesboro; a sister, Kathy Williamson and brother-in-law, Harold Williamson of Grayson.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Lisbon Baptist Church, Fayetteville. Viewing will be at the church prior to the service at 2 p.m. Pastor Danny Wilson and the Rev. Carlton Swicegood will officiate. The burial will follow at Lisbon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5-8 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
