The amnesty period will begin on Feb. 11, 2013 and conclude on April 29, 2013. During this time the warrant fee will be waived upon payment for each outstanding warrant.
Violation of probation warrants can be discussed on an individual basis, according to the Griffin Police Department.
Payments of the fees will be accepted at the Police Department in cash, certified check or credit/debit card (with a 3 percent service fee). The Griffin Police Department is located at 868 West Poplar St.
