City Attorney Drew Whalen said there are some details to work out with Kroger. The city and county also need an intergovernmental agreement for the issuance of the bonds, which the city did approve Tuesday night.
Whalen said the county is scheduled to vote on it Monday, then once approved by both commissions, at the city commission’s next meeting, Aug, 26, the city will vote on issuance of the bonds.
