As is done each year around prom time at both Griffin and Spalding high schools, public safety officials staged a crash on the campus at Spalding High Friday morning.
“The mock prom disaster drill shows students at both of our traditional high schools just how dangerous drunk and distracted driving can be,” said Elizabeth Benz, communications specialist for Griffin-Spalding County School System.
