The Griffin Police Department over the weekend responded to a bizarre incident that resulted in a man being charged with disorderly conduct.

On Saturday, police responded to a domestic dispute on North Ninth Street and reportedly observed a black male wearing a purple polo shirt and no pants standing in the living room yelling at a female. The man seemed upset and the woman kept saying she wanted him to leave.

The man’s parents arrived and also tried to convince him to leave. The man was yelling and screaming and said he was not going anywhere and at one point said police would have to take him to jail.

Pants on the ground, pants on the ground. Looking like a fool with your pants on the ground.
