• To the person who was so horrified at people eating opossum a hundred years ago: Squirrels, opossum and rabbits were common fare at that time. Also, they are uninformed. An opossum is not a rodent. A squirrel is a rodent. An opossum is a marsupial, and doesn’t taste too bad.
