— To the person who called me a loser because I wanted to hear Herb Alpert on the radio and that it is 2011, not 1961: Herb Alpert didn’t have any records out in 1961 because his first album was in 1962. Get your facts straight. And I still stand by what I said because I do want to hear more Herb Alpert on the radio because it is good music, unlike that rock ’n’ roll stuff that’s on the radio today.

— Here’s a thought. Grant amnesty to the illegals, who, like our forefathers, came here to work hard at “any” job in order to make their life better by striving to achieve the American dream. At the same time, deport the Occupy Wall Streeters who don’t want to work at just “any” job, don’t want to clean up after themselves, and don’t like those who have been successful at achieving.

— Wow, the school system went up on the millage rate and now they want us to vote for SPLOST. I know I won’t, not until they learn how to turn off computers and lights at night. Doing this could save thousands.

— Maybe we should have lean over the cart day at the grocery stores. Maybe couple it with senior day and give discounts for those who lean the most.

I dont agree with the idiot part at all! You like what you like, but you won't hear much of if on he radio because they play what the majority prefers. It does no good to broadcast to a few listeners. So instead of complaining about it why don't you buy your self some cassettes or cd's and stick them in the slot under your fm dial.

Hey I'm concerned but the people that voted this city commissioner into office are the idiots.

FYI, A government employee is not smart enough to turn off a light if they would quit wasting taxes wouldn't have to be raised for 20 years.

Is anyone else concerned that there is a city commissioner that believes the golf course bears the same importance for tax money as the police and fire departments? This is something every tax paying citizen should be think about.
