GPD responds to armed robbery, aggravated assault

The Griffin Police Department (GPD) responded to an armed robbery Friday evening at 1849 Carrington Drive.

According to a GPD incident report, 46-year-old Grant Price was attempting to deliver pizza for Papa John’s Pizza at the residence when a black male approached his 2002 Jeep Cherokee and pointed a silver, semiautomatic, small-caliber pistol at him.
