Copper thieves hit three houses on Grady Street last week, police said.

A representative from United Bank in Barnesville, which owns the three houses, reported the property damage and thefts Friday. According to the Griffin Police Department, at some point last week someone tore the air-conditioner condensing units apart at the three houses, removing the copper condenser coils. The three houses are at 176, 178 and 180 Grady St.
