Griffin High School was evacuated Monday morning following a bomb-threat call to the 911 Center. Students were outside for about 1 1/2 hours, said Griffin Police Department Capt. Dwayne Jones. About 9:45 a.m. students were let back in following a room-to-room search of the school. (For the complete story, see Tuesday's print edition of The Griffin Daily News.)

I remember when there were bomb threats almost every day. This is very sad. - Jason Maruso
