Winfred Johnson scored twice to secure a 14-6 win for the Colts over the Bengals on Saturday, advancing through the Piedmont Youth Football League playoffs in 7/8 Division action. Dubois Watson scored 6 points in defeat and the Colts were able to force a safety to round out an impressive postseason debut.

9/10 Division Playoffs

Bills 32, Ravens 6

Camron McDowell ran in 2 touchdowns in a blowout win for the Bills, leading the big effort by Daylan Walton, Jamoi Mayes, Jamir Reid and Teron Saunders. Terrell Jester scored the only points for the Ravens.

49ers 27, Panthers 0

Myles Head, Ahmari Fendall and Derriyon Jester scored for the 49ers, setting up extra points by Fendall and My’Keion Yates in the impressive shutout over the Panthers.

7/8 Division Playoffs

Jaguars 7, Saints 2

Jacob Hammonds scored all 7 points in the first quarter for the Jaguars in an intense defensive battle. The Saints forced their safety in the second quarter.

Cowboys 13, Vikings 6

Jaleel Chambliss was responsible for both touchdowns for the Cowboys, leading the team over a solo scoring effort from the Vikings’ Jacori Atwater. Kaden Davis ran in the only extra point on the day for the Cowboys.

Regular-Season Game

Bulldogs 32, Gators 26

Kywan Davis ran in 4 TDs for the Bulldogs, pulling ahead of the Gators with the help of 8 points by Aquavion Sanders. Kenneth Stephens of the Gators scored all 26 points in defeat, going strong in his last regular-season game.
