Two men being sought by investigators with the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office were taken into custody in Talladega, Ala.

Christopher Reinhardt and Phillip Edward Frazier were facing arrest on charges of kidnapping, burglary, aggravated assault, armed robbery and battery stemming from an October incident.

“They (Talladega authorities) called us Saturday morning and told us that they (Reinhardt and Frazier) were in custody,” said Capt. Tony Ranieri, of the SCSO Criminal Investigation Division.

Reinhardt and Frazier both waived extradition and were brought back to Spalding County Tuesday.

“They are in the process of being interviewed right now,” Ranieri said Tuesday afternoon.

The suspects are being held in the Spalding County Jail.
