Two men were arrested last week for reportedly not following that simple advice. In both cases their acquaintances, who did not run or lie, were not arrested.

The officer parked at the intersection and got out of his patrol car. He then reportedly saw a black male walking north on Second Street throw down a small, clear plastic bag in a yard and continue walking.
