Mrs. Jackie Mae Henson

May 21, 1935 – Nov. 2, 2012

Mrs. Jackie Mae Henson, age 77, of Griffin, passed away on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at the Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Henson was born on May 21, 1935, in Griffin, Ga. She was the daughter of the late Jefferson Davis “J.D.” Pritchard and Bertha Allison Pritchard. She was a member of Zebulon United Methodist Church and had attended Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. Mrs. Henson loved to work in her yard, tend to her flowers, and mow her grass with her tractor. She was known as a well loved mother, grandmother, and faithful friend. Everyone knew her as “Gram-Gram.”

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Donna Henson of Canton, Ohio, Ricky and Barbara Henson of Milner; daughter and son-in-law, Jackie Ann and David Bell of Zebulon; grandchildren, Mark Henson, Ty Henson, Steven Henson, Trent Henson, David Bell III, Jeremy Bell, Christopher Bell; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronald Pritchard, Gusty Pritchard, Wayne Pritchard; sister, Annie Kent; nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Jackie Mae Henson will be held on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Thomas Blake Stallings

Feb. 13, 1990 – Nov. 1, 2012

Mr. Thomas Blake Stallings, age 22 of Griffin, Ga., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at his residence.

Mr. Stallings was born in Warner Robins, Ga., on Feb. 13, 1990. He is preceded in death by aunts Peggy Miller and Denise Gray.

Survivors include his father and mother, Robin and Sheila Stallings; brothers, Jesse and Jordan Stallings; grandparents, Edward and Avie Stallings, Tommy and Ella Taylor; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may visit the family of Mr. Thomas Blake Stallings on Monday from 6 until 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Mr. Garland Nichols, age 87 of Milner, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012. Ms. Ethel Bell Armour, age 72 of 119 W. Chappell St., Griffin passed Friday, Nov. 1, 2012, at Spalding Regional Hospital. Funeral service for Ms. Armour will be conducted at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where Horace Fuller Jr., is the pastor and Rev. Patrick will render the eulogy. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Garden Cemetery. Mr. Ronald Lamar Hingson, age 65, of Williamson, passed away Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at his residence.
