— I heard there are people concerned about being attacked by alligators. I do know that there will an attack Oct. 27 when the Georgia Bulldogs get mauled by the Florida Gators.

— Georgia Tech needs to fire Paul Johnson.

— I wonder if it is possible to get those in authority to do something about our railroad crossings and the bad bumps that knock tires out of balance, or if hit wrongly, will affect the alignment. It is hard to believe those road crews couldn’t do better, especially on Georgia Highway 16, east from Griffin.

— I don’t like hospitals. They are full of sick people.

— It is embarrassing that the U.S. golf team lost to a bunch of Europeans at the Ryder Cup. None of the American players on the team should be allowed on the PGA tour next year.

— What happened to the possible hotel/motel and the supermarket to come to the east side, since we are not going to have factories in our industrial park? I do believe the senior center will be nice, but help the east side.

— Chipper Jones’ career stats: 468 home runs, 1,623 RBIs, nine All-Star Games, one MVP, and one Hooters girl pregnant.

— The typical My Two Cents contributor watches midget wrestling because he thinks regular wrestling is too upscale.

— If Georgia Tech is looking to win a game, the Northeast Louisiana Women’s Junior College team has an opening in its schedule for 2013.

If Joe Biden had had a bag of chips with him last night, I would have thought he was stoned.

I agree about the poor job done on the railroad crossings. Hill Construction did a beautiful job on the road but they can only go so close to the tracks. It's up the railroad folks to to theirs.
