The Crepe Myrtle Garden Club of Zebulon will present its fifth annual Christmas Tour of Homes and Historic Sites from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
This year’s tour will offer visitors an opportunity to visit seven uniquely decorated sites never before highlighted on the tour.
“We have not repeated a home or historical site since we started this,” said garden club President Cathy Cox. “We try to get different houses every year.”
She said it is the club’s goal to assure there will be something of interest to everyone.
“We try to have a variety of what people will like,” she said. “They are all different in their own respect.”
The tour will include locations such as the homes of Clyde and Pat Cooper, Sonny and Annie Mae Gwynn, Craig and Diana Parsons, Jim and Bonnie Pickering, Vincent and Gail Godley, and Tom and Rhonda Morgan and also two log houses and the Concord Depot. Participants may visit these locations in the order of their choosing.
Advance tickets are $10 and tickets are $12 the day of the tour. They may be purchased at A Novel Experience, United Bank in Zebulon, Plant Emporium in Griffin and Noell’s in Thomaston. Garden club members also have tickets available.
