According to a GPD incident report, the male further pointed to a hole in the bedroom as a result of Resendiz kicking it.
Police then spoke to Resendiz, who reportedly appeared to be intoxicated. Resendiz admitted to kicking in the bedroom door - at which point he was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to police headquarters on Poplar Street.
After being fingerprinted and issued a citation, Resendiz was transported to Lamar County Jail, from where he was not to be released until 5 a.m. of the following day due to his intoxication.
