I find it so very interesting that technical schools and colleges teach "how" to learn a trade, but, they don't take the training one step further and teach employees how to be safe and compliant while on the job. Is there a better way to affect a company's "bottom line" than a reduction of workers comp expenses? How much is spent each year on employee injuries and rehab? The company has to pick up the tab for safety training, another expense. What is your view?
