Spalding High sophomore Chelsea Jacobs swam a 1:14.72 last month in the 100-meter breaststroke during a meet at the University of Georgia in Athens to became the school's first and only swimmer this season to qualify for the state swim meet which begins today at Georgia Tech in Atlanta.
